Whole Foods to relocate regional office from Boulder to Denver

Whole Foods is moving its Rocky Mountain regional headquarters from Boulder’s 29th Street mall to a 38,000-square-foot building at 3012 Huron St. near Union Station, the company confirmed Monday. The move will bring about 100 jobs to Denver.

Invesco Real Estate bought 16 Chestnut, a planned 430,000-square-foot office building in Union Station, from Starwood Capital Group and East West Partners this month. CPR looks to rezone 10 acres in Ruby Hill

Colorado Public Radio applied to rezone a property at 1601 W. Jewell Ave. last week. It’s a mostly vacant site with a radio tower and storage building, but Jenny Gentry, CPR’s senior vice president for finance and administration, said a rezone could open it up to residential or office development.
