Fellowship Denver Church bought the former Performance Cycle building at 1990 S. Broadway this week for $5 million. Lead Pastor Hunter Beaumont said the congregation grew out of a temporary church that was set up and taken down each Sunday at Uptown’s El Jebel Shrine building.

Startup car-buying app Blinker has pulled into its new headquarters in LoDo. The company, which employs around 40, moved in last week to 11,000 square feet at 1675 Larimer Street. Blinker was formerly based in the ANB building in Cherry Creek. You can read a full BusinessDen profile here.
The inventory and sales tracking firm will move into a new 18,000-square-foot building at 1510 Market St. It’s an addition to the Rocky Mountain Seed Co. building.

VanWest Partners, coming off of recent retail rehab projects at Five Points Plaza and 460 Broadway, bought a warehouse at 2200 California St. last week for $3 million. The firm plans to spend another $1.3 million to turn the property into new office and retail space.
The broker broker who represented the buyers, said the buyers were coming off of a 1031 Exchange sale, and liked the building for its steady cash flow and location near the Gates redevelopment, Interstate 25 and light rail.
Downtown and Cherry Creek haven’t cornered the hotel construction market.
