An apartment building in Lone Tree was the week’s top sale and industrial space in Denver was the week’s top lease.

The top sale was a 21,278-square-foot office/flex property in Arvada for $5.75 million and the top lease was 82,000 square feet in Commerce City.

The $8 million purchase of a 26.6-acre industrial property with four buildings in Commerce City was the week’s top sale and a 39,840-square-foot industrial building in Denver was the week’s top lease.

A $163 million purchase of a 959-unit apartment complex in Denver was the week’s top sale and 136,701 square feet of industrial space in Louisville was the top lease.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deal: Dayton, Ohio-based The Connor Group purchased the 300-unit apartment complex Broadstone Lowry at 8505 Lowry Blvd. in Denver for $105 million from Alliance Residential.
