Nexus Commercial Realty reports the following deal:

KLW Real Estate 6 LLC purchased the nine-unit multifamily building at 5220 W. 5th Ave. in Lakewood for $1.55 million from JCHosler1 Holdings LLC. Sean Holamon represented the buyer and seller.

1354 Park St LLC purchased the 5797-square-foot retail property at 1354 Park St. in Castle Rock for $1.125 million from Project Nehemiah LLC. Ryan Bengford, Troy Meyer, and Kevin Matthews represented the seller. Jackson Hill with Fischer Company represented the buyer.

Subaru of America leased a 550,000 square foot build-to-suit building at Majestic Realty Co.’s Majestic Commercenter, a 1,600-acre master-planned park located at the northeast quadrant of the intersection at I-70 and Tower Road. Subaru will relocate from a smaller existing location less than two miles away. The facility will be a regional office, parts distribution center and training center of service technicians. Groundbreaking is scheduled for late 2020 with occupancy in late 2021. Steve Hager of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
