Kings Valley Marketplace LLC purchased Kings Valley Marketplace at 30403 Kings Valley Drive in Conifer for $7 million from Kings Valley MCIF LLC. Heather Taylor and Bart Connolly represented the buyer.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

PCP-Commerce City LLC purchased the 73-space manufactured home community at 5720 E. 63rd Ave. in Commerce City for $6.1 million from Rachel Crawford and Timothy Crawford. Brandon Pearson represented the seller.

Evergreen Real Estate 11 LLC purchased the 12,500-square-foot office park at 32186 Castle St. in Evergreen for $2.115 million from Brittany Office Park LLC. Brandon Kramer represented the buyer.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deal:

Artemis Holdings Limited purchased 31,272 office square feet at 1400 W. 122nd Ave. in Westminster for $5.375 million from Pavilion Court LLC. Todd Silverman and Paul Cattin represented the buyer.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Gary E. Schroeder, Gordon Schroeder and Alan L. Schroeder purchased 8,000 square feet of building space on 0.5 acres, currently leased to a medical marijuana dispensary and cannabis grow operation, at 3819 Quentin St. in Denver for $1.425 million from ATE Ventures LLC. Greg Knott represented the seller. Brian Basham of Basham Commercial represented the buyer.

The Sharpest Investments LLC purchased a 0.42-acre industrial lot at 1705 W. Iliff Ave. in Englewood for $450,000 from Altitude Waste Systems LLC. Greg Knott and Earl Duffy represented the seller. Michael DeSantis and Brett MacDougall represented the buyer.

Sheila and Dennis Nessler purchased a 3,969-square-foot industrial facility on 1.05 acres at 4342 Loveland St. in Golden for $1.165 million from Thomas Beghtol. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the buyers.

Creative Capital LLC purchased an 11,890-square-foot retail/office building at 2019 Stout Street in Denver for $1 million from Purely Colorado LLC. Tyler Ryon represented the buyer.

Connective Systems & Supply Inc leased 34,127 industrial square feet at 4910 Moline St. in Denver. David Hazlett and Tom Stahl represented the landlord.

Momentum Volleyball leased 24,413 industrial square feet at 7347 S. Revere Pkwy. in Centennial. David Hazlett and T.J. Smith represented the landlord.

Humana leased 18,844 office square feet at 6300 S. Syracuse Way in Englewood. Abby Pattillo and Bob Whittelsey represented the landlord.
