Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:

Denver-based Hampton Yards LLC purchased a 26.6-acre industrial-zoned property with four buildings totaling about 31,000 square feet at 9975 E. 104th Ave. in Commerce City for $8.03 million from Schlumberger Ltd. Ryan Searle, Drew McManus and Bryan Fry represented the buyer. Justin Tunnell of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deal:

Merc Management LLC and LX570 Management LLC purchased 20,000 industrial square feet at 3251 S. Zuni St. in Englewood for $2.25 million from Estate of Bruce L. Miller, Terrie L. Miller. Greg Knott represented the seller.

SpaHub LLC leased 3,800 industrial square feet at 3736 Norwood Drive, Unit 1, in Littleton. Greg Knott represented the landlord.

Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling leased 1,500 industrial square feet at 3707 Norwood Drive, Unit 13, in Littleton. Greg Knott represented both tenant and landlord.

Sawdust & Nails leased 1,500 industrial square feet at 3706 Norwood Drive, Unit 12, in Littleton. Greg Knott represented the landlord.

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Nandu Properties purchased the office/flex building at 99 Inverness Drive, Suite 200, in Englewood for $1.8 million from Mat Real Estate Holdings LLC. Shane Robson and Brandon Langiewicz represented the seller.

Carlton Cars purchased the car lot at 5530-5536 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood for $1.4 million from Hossein Tasalimi. Brandon Langiewicz represented the seller.

1666 Clinton St LLC purchased the 12-unit apartment building at 1666 Clinton St. in Aurora for $1.45 million from Hosler Holdings LLC. Sean Holamon represented the buyer.

Local Moving LLC leased 34,621 industrial square feet at 5555 Joliet St. in Denver. Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.

Hail Medic Corp. leased 15,000 industrial square feet at 10825 E. 47th Ave. in Denver. David Hazlett and T.J. Smith represented the landlord.

RevGen Partners LLC leased 7,518 office square feet at 6300 S. Syracuse St. in Englewood. Abby Pattillo and Robert Whittelsey represented the landlord.

Restoration of the Rockies leased 6,528 industrial square feet at 1500 W. Hampden Ave. in Sheridan. T.J. Smith and Tim Shay represented the landlord.
