B3 Land LLLP purchased 4850 Ward Road in Arvada for $2.88 million from Mclean Investments LLC. Dan Bartell was involved in the transaction.

MMT Colorado Real Estate LLC purchased the 17,193-square-foot office/flex property at 4925 S. Santa Fe Drive, Unit B-3, in Littleton for $2.43 million from Move Strong LLC. Dan Bartell was involved in the transaction.
