West Colfax apartment complex sells for $97 million

A 1960s-era West Colfax apartment complex has changed hands for just shy of nine figures. Denver-based real estate firm Laramar Group purchased 3190 W. 14th Ave., known as The Overlook at Mile High Apartments, last week for $97 million, according to property records.
