2018’s highest-priced home sales

While December isn’t officially in the books just yet, 2018 has been a big year for mansion sales in the Denver metro area.

The most expensive home to sell locally through November was a 9,000-square-foot mansion in Denver’s Belcaro neighborhood, which changed hands for $8 million in April.

Here’s a rundown of the top sales from all months, from most expensive to least:
