The most expensive home sale along the Front Range last month landed its previous owner $4.4 million.

Sale price: $4.4 million

Stats: The 12,700-square-foot home in Cherry Hills Village has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and sits atop 2.3 acres.

The finer things: The home includes a pool, pool house, heated driveway, elevator and wine cellar.

From the rest of the Front Range, here are the four most expensive homes to sell, according to multiple listing service REcolorado:

  • 7 Eagle Point Lane in Castle Rock sold for $4.3 million. Louie Lee with Coldwell Banker was the listing broker.
  • 1600 Blue Sage Court in Boulder sold for $3.3 million. Karen Bernardi with Coldwell Banker was the listing broker.
  • 375 N. County Highway 67 in Sedalia sold for $3 million. Annzo Phelps with The Kentwood Co. was the listing broker.
  • 610 Longs Peak Drive in Boulder sold for $3 million. Julie Berghoff with Re/Max Alliance was the listing broker.
