“I’ve built 12 houses in 25 years of marriage. It’s hard for me to stay in a house for too long.”
“We tried to stay true to the original owners’ vision and imagination,” said John Huggins, who bought the 1966 home for $850,000 in 2007.
“I always loved the view coming into Boulder on the turnpike,” said Juan Rodriguez. “The view here is very similar to that.”
The mansion sold by Russell Wilson took the No. 1 spot for the month, although it fetched less than he paid.
“The richness and sophistication of the design are an asset, a value-add for the next buyer,” the listing agent said.
The buyer will hopefully be “someone who will respect that authenticity,” said the attorney that owns it.
The buyer appears to be linked to a major local homebuilder.
Devon Toews put it on the market after signing a seven-year contract extension.
Three homes in Boulder and two in Cherry Hills made the top five.
