Denver-based BMC Investments and California-based Oak Coast Properties plan to rebrand the complexes just outside Denver city limits as Ivy Crossing.
Residential Real Estate
The investment manager who owns Marion Manor went head-to-head with the city in January over whether the home was his primary residence.
The new home was sold by the owner of the ViewHouse restaurant chain.
The agency has asked the city to rezone 3220 Shoshone St. in connection with a planned 53-unit project.
The complex was purchased by Denver-based RedPeak, which spent $39 million on a six-building portfolio in February.
The Golden mansion sits on 5 acres and was completed just last year.
The family restaurant closed at the end of 2018. Now a North Carolina-based company wants to redevelop the site.
The new owners have proposed a five-story, 36-unit apartment building at 2881 N. Speer Blvd.
“When The New York Times covers Denver … it’s really focused on RiNo,” Kyle Zeppelin said. “It is a very signature neighborhood.”
The buildings had formed the entire portfolio of Lloyd’s Apartments.
