Spire Design & Construction bought a 5,390-square-foot industrial building at 501 S. Lipan St. from 501 South Lipan, LLC for $790,000. Brad Gilpin represented the seller.

Transwestern reports the following deal:

Spire Design & Construction bought a 5,390-square-foot industrial building at 501 S. Lipan St. from 501 South Lipan, LLC for $790,000. Brian Wingate represented the buyer.

North Shore Energy, LLC leased 11,750 square feet of office space at 105 Edgeview Drive in Broomfield. J. David Hart represented the landlord.
