For the second time this year, a Four Seasons condo was the highest-priced sale in the Denver metro area in a given month.

The $5.3 million sale of a 5,200-square-foot condo on the 43rd floor topped all others in November. It sold for $500,000 less than the original list price.

Multiple condos in the Four Seasons have hit the market this year. A penthouse was listed for $13 million in March, and a $5 million condo transaction topped July sales.

Address: 1133 14th St., Unit 4300

Sale Price: $5.3 million

Stats: Built in 2010, the 5,210-square-foot condo on the 43rd story of the Four Seasons hotel features two bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Listing broker: Adam Moore and Peter Blank with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property for $5.8 million.

Seller: Jerome H. Kern. He purchased the property in 2012 for $3.35 million.

The finer things: The condo’s main selling point is its 180-degree view of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. It also includes bamboo cabinetry, a concealed pantry, a wine cellar and heated flooring. Plus, as part of the hotel, residents get access to housekeeping, dining and catering services and a concierge.
