Denver’s newest high rise is now leasing.

SkyHouse Denver is putting the finishing touches on a 25-story apartment tower at 18th Avenue and Broadway, with residents moving in November. The building has 354 apartments with the smallest studios starting at $1,435. The most expensive unit is a two-bedroom, 1,500-square-foot apartment for $3,213 per month, according to the website.

SkyHouse broke ground early last year. The apartment tower is accompanied by a 500-plus space parking deck that will also be open for non-residents.

Novare Group, Batson-Cook Development Co. and Simpson Housing co-developed the project. Denver-based Simpson Housing is a partner in at least four other SkyHouse projects and will manage the Denver SkyHouse.

The leasing office opened last week, and Community Manager Carmen Miller said they had about 13 units leased by last Friday. The plan is to move tenants into the first 15 floors in November and have the rest of the building ready for December move-ins.

Superfruit Republic has leased a ground-floor retail storefront at SkyHouse, and Miller said they are working on luring in another food tenant as well as a gym to fill about 7,000 square feet of commercial space.
