The pizza stall briefly had multiple locations. “The expansion into other food halls was a mistake,” owner Steve Burton said.
Spice Room currently has two locations in Denver. “Somebody told me a long time ago, don’t do more than three,” co-owner Kal Pant said.

“I think people are looking for either supermarket sushi — nothing wrong with that — or they go high-end,” co-owner Jeff Osaka said.
The site, currently undeveloped, is just north of a proposed Target.
