Radford Investment Properties bought a 100-unit apartment complex at 1430 S. Chelton Road in Colorado Springs for $3.85 million. Bill Morkes and Craig Stack represented the seller.

RackStar Investors LLC bought a 10,502-square-foot facility at 5550 E. Evans Ave. in Denver from 5550 LLC for $1.52 million. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the buyer.

Zall Co. reports the following deal:

Hinton-Flesher Music leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 5890 W. 44th Ave. in Lakeside. Jason Howe represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

DLM Associates LLP bought a 15-unit apartment building at 3005-3015 E. 14th Ave. in Denver from 3005 East 14th Avenue LLC for $2.55 million. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer and the seller.

Florence Street Partners bought a triplex at 2025 Florence St. in Aurora for $315,000. Greg Breslau, Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter represented the buyer.

Easton Development bought 17,850 square feet of land at 2739 W. 24th Ave. in Denver from Diamond Hill Condominiums LLC for $1.543 million. Billy Riesing represented the seller.

NRN Investments LLC bought an 8,376-square-foot retail building at 3936 Tennyson St. in Denver from Others LLC for $1.17 million. Rodney Gustafson represented the seller.
