Cherry Creek is swapping one women’s boutique for another.
Boston-based Nic + Zoe signed a lease Friday to occupy space at 2827 E. 3rd. Ave. in Cherry Creek, according to property owner Jerry Wrench with Wrench & Associates.
The women’s boutique will occupy the 1,365-square-foot space that previously was home to Southern Roots Boutique, which closed in late February, citing increases in property taxes.
This will be Nic + Zoe’s first brick-and-mortar store in the Mile High City. The company has 10 retail locations in the U.S., primarily on the East Coast. But its clothes have been available locally, at places such as Nordstrom.
A mother-daughter duo founded Nic + Zoe in 2006. The boutique will sell women’s clothing, shoes and accessories.
