Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Sugarloaf Yoga expanded to 3,715 square feet of retail space at 18551 Main St. in Parker. Kayla Hammers represented the tenant.

AppIt Ventures, LLC leased 3,314 square feet of office space at 50 S. Steele St. in Denver. Andrew Blaustein, Matthew Davidson and Josh Pons represented the tenant.

Town of Parker leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 10964 Pikes Peak Driver in Parker. Michael Quinlan represented the landlord.

E Squared Solar, LLC leased 1,227 square feet of office space at 3443 S. Galena St. in Denver. Josh Pons, Andrew Blaustein and Matthew Davidson represented the tenant.

T T I, Inc. leased 4,167 square feet of office space at 9035 Wadsworth Parkway in Westminster. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the landlord.

The CE Shop, Inc. expanded to 1,630 square feet of office space at 5670 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Jamie Gard, Courtney Hasson and Casey Grosscope represented the landlord.

Redi Carpet, Inc. leased 42,000 square feet of office space at 15101 E. 40th Ave. in Aurora. Chris Nordling represented the tenant.

Dynamis, LLC bought 120,064 square feet of retail space at 3001 W. Seventh Ave. in Westminster from West 74th Partners LLC for $8.15 million. Riki Hashimoto and Dan Grooters represented the seller.

JLL reports the following deals:

Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott leased 25,181 square feet of office space at 1801 Wewatta St. in Denver.  Andrew Cullen, Daniel McGowan, Lindsay Brown, Mike Rooks, Patrick Bolick and Tim Bourdelais handled lease negotiations.

The State of Colorado expanded to 11,827 square feet of office space at 601 E. 18th Ave. in Denver. Eric Carlbom, Kurt Liss and Patrick Bolick handled lease negotiations.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

Godden Sudik Architects leased 7,539 square feet of office space at 5975 S. Quebec St. in Greenwood Village. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

Inspire Health and Wellness leased 1,812 square feet of office space at Southlands at 6240 S Main St. in Aurora. Karen Clarke, Andrew Piepgras and Heather Brooke represented the landlord.

David Garlock leased 3,369 square feet of office space at Southlands at 6240 S Main St. in Aurora. Karen Clarke, Andrew Piepgras and Heather Brooke represented the landlord.

7936 Arapahoe Ct A&B, LLC bought 30,000 square feet of office space at 7936 E. Arapahoe Court in Centennial from Flying B Properties, LLC for $2.09 million. Scott Fischer represented the buyer and the seller.

Gloycrest Alpha Limited bought 19,474 square feet of office space at 8340 Sangre De Cristo Road in Littleton from Bell Advisors & Brothers Living Trust for $2.92 million. Scott Shwayder, Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented the seller.

  1. Amy Dipierro’s article on Keith Nylund’s DIY show is great! I had no idea that had happened to the Sungar’s. Without her reporting I still would be oblivious. I’m going to see if I can dig up the property addresses for the other areas he (Nylund) has done the fix and flip, pop tops. I’m a Denver area Realtor and would be suspicious of the other properties after reading this article. Thank you Amy.
