Amy Dipierro’s article on Keith Nylund’s DIY show is great! I had no idea that had happened to the Sungar’s. Without her reporting I still would be oblivious. I’m going to see if I can dig up the property addresses for the other areas he (Nylund) has done the fix and flip, pop tops. I’m a Denver area Realtor and would be suspicious of the other properties after reading this article. Thank you Amy.
