The La Quinta Inn & Suites at 884 Park St. in Castle Rock sold for $6.4 million.

The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners purchased the 31,347-square-foot La Quinta Inn & Suites at 884 Park St. in Castle Rock for $6.4 million from BAH LLC. Wellspring Community plans to convert the building into apartments. Jeff Brandon and Matt Kulbe of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer. Jim Nelms of US Hotel Advisors represented the seller.

Sac City Lodging Partners LLC purchased the 9,148-square-foot medical office building leased by HealthOne at 10405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Denver for $6.6 million from Evergreen-Geneva & Martin Luther King 2 LLC. Robert Edwards and Tom Ethington of Blue West Capital represented the seller.

Nick Frey purchased the 42,380-square-foot Lake Arbor Plaza office building at 9101 Harlan St. in Westminster for $6.5 million from Blue Tee Properties. Amanda Tompkins of Henry Group Real Estate represented the buyer.

Madre Investments LLC purchased 23 multifamily units at 1424 Pennsylvania St. in Denver for $6.9 million from 1424 Penn Owner LLC. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti represented the seller. The Brockman Group represented the buyer.

PMFS LLC purchased 3,000 industrial square feet at 12495 N Dumont Way, Unit B, in Littleton for $882,320 from Edward Giannini. Lisa Langiewicz and Brandon Langiewicz represented the seller.

Suzanne Lemi leased 119 office square feet at 6901 S. Pierce St., Suite 100, in Littleton. Lisa Langiewicz and Brandon Langiewicz were transaction brokers.
