If Kevin and Stephanie Ness collect their $15 million asking price for 1505 Sunset Blvd., it will be the second time they set a record for selling a Boulder home.
In January 2023, the couple sold neighboring 1489 Sunset Blvd. for $13 million, which set a record for Boulder County.
The couple purchased both homes on Sunset Boulevard using the Kevin D. Ness Revocable Trust and the Stephanie J. Ness Revocable Trust.
Kevin Ness is the former CEO of Inscripta, a life science technology company.
The home at 1505 Sunset Blvd. is a 7,200-square-foot, two-story mansion with a walk-out lower level. It has five bedrooms, six baths and a three-car garage.
