Top home sales in July: $6M Cherry Hills Village mansion finds a buyer — again

A Cherry Hills Village home that was one of the priciest local homes to sell in February has done it again.

The 9,720-square-foot property at 4101 S. Colorado Blvd. sold for $5.99 million last month, after being picked up for $6.25 million in February. It went back on the market in June.

Amelia and Matt Hayden purchased the home in February as a result of a job relocation but plans changed and the couple has moved out-of-state, according to the listing agent.

The home on 2.25 acres, which was built in 2014, features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a kitchen with custom cabinets and a finished basement.

Linda Behr with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller and said she has sold the home three times now.

“The setting is beautiful, and it’s one of the best quality homes I’ve ever seen,” Behr said. “Every aspect of the property really hits it out of the park.”

The home was purchased by the Futcher 2000 Family Trust on July 24. Janet Kritzer with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.

Details: This 17,000-square-foot mansion in Cherry Hills Village, which was previously owned by professional poker player Alan Goehring, sold on July 2. It sits on 2.2 acres and features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Out back, there’s a pool, outdoor kitchen, pond and a horse barn.

Details: Sold on July 24, this seven-bed, nine-bath property features 8,100 square feet of space on 1.28 acres. The two-story home comes with a professionally landscaped backyard complete with an orchard, vegetable gardens and a pool pavilion. It also features a one-bed, one-bath guest house with a kitchenette and its own fireplace on top of the home’s five-car garage.

Details: Built in 1937, this Country Club property was updated in 2016 to include his-and-her master bathrooms, a wine room and a finished basement. With 5,728 square feet, the home also features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an attached three-car garage and two laundry rooms.

Details: Sold furnished, this 10,000-square-foot custom ranch mansion is located in White Deer Valley in southwest Littleton and features five beds and eight baths. It sits on 10 acres and has a gated entrance. The contemporary mountain home also has vaulted ceilings made from 200-year-old Douglas fir trusses, Lyptus hardwood floors and a custom kitchen.

According to the listing agent, the buyer also purchased an additional adjoining 10 acres for $950,000 to build a horse barn.

Of course it did. Unless you pull in $515,000K a yr. (The one %,) 99% of citizens can’t COME CLOSE to these dwellings galaxies.
