A Mediterranean-style home across from Wash Park has hit the market with an asking price of $4.8 million.

The five-bed, seven-bath property at 850 S. Franklin St. went up for sale on June 24.

With 7,688 square feet of space, the custom house was renovated and expanded by Denver-based Boa Construction in 2014. It sits on an elevated lot to provide privacy, and views of the park and mountains.

Seller: Nitor Trust purchased the property for $2.04 million in 2013, according to property records.

  1. Please refer to the neighborhood by its real name, “Washington Park”. This STUPID shortened-name just shows the laziness of this younger generation (Millennials). This also shows no respect to the President this park honors.
