The founder of Noodles & Co. has finally sold his home in Boulder.

Aaron Kennedy, who founded the restaurant chain in 1995, sold his home at 7983 Valmont Road in Boulder for $7.4 million, making it the area’s highest-priced home sale in January.

The property was listed on the market in May 2018 with a $10 million price tag.

Built in 2005, the home has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and a two-car garage. The 15-acre property also features a pool, spa, pool house, walking path and barn.

Diane, Julian and Justin Astley purchased the 6,122-square-foot home from an LLC associated with Kennedy last month, records show.
