Banyan Lane Holdings LLC purchased the Holiday Inn & Suites at 7380 S. Clinton St. in Englewood for $9.2 million from Iram Din and Amid LLC. Neville Rustomjee represented both buyer and seller. The hotel, which sold for $7.05 million in April 2016, will be converted to IHG’s EVEN brand by the new owner.

1679 Harlan St LLC purchased the 8,400-square-foot Newland Apartments at 5532 Newland Way in Arvada for $1.95 million from Newland Apartments LLC. Boomer Beatty and Peter Standley represented the buyer and seller.

Space Works LLC purchased 2,763 industrial square feet at 301 Kalamath St. in Denver for $835,000 from Om Shanti LLC. Brandon Kramer and Jacob Rocker represented the buyer and seller.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Eight O One LLC purchased 60,468 industrial square feet at 620 E. 52nd Ave. in Denver for $7.62 million from TC Crossroads #7 LLC. Mike Wafer, Timothy D’Angelo and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the seller.

Pax8 leased 74,068 office square feet at 5500 S. Quebec St. in Englewood. Jamie Gard and Kenton Mau represented the tenant.

King and Spalding LLP subleased 9,179 office square feet at 1515 Wynkoop St. in Denver. Jamie Gard represented the tenant.

SDI Inc leased 1,940 office square feet at 5290 DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village. Scott Garel represented the landlord.

LaMont Intrados LLC purchased the 7,594-square-foot multifamily building at 1117 Pennsylvania St. in Denver for $2.8 million from Leon and Sherrie Sutton. Kevin Calame represented the buyer.

Silo Development LLC purchased 2.12 acres at the northeast corner of West 66th Place and Indiana Street in Arvada, part of the Indiana Business Center, for $700,000 from Indiana Business Center LLC. Mike Haley handled the transaction.

3885 Forest LLC purchased the 5,370-square-foot retail building at 29 N. Main St. in Brighton for $530,000 from Lazy V Slash Land & Cattle. Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker represented the seller.

Alfred Benesch & Company leased 9,443 square feet at 7979 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver. Greg Bante represented the tenant.
