Ringsby Terminals Inc. purchased 34,652 square feet of industrial space at 3755 S. Lipan St. in Englewood for $2.46 million from Consolidated Steel Services. Alec Rhodes and Aaron Valdez represented the seller. Scott Patterson of Ringsby Realty Corp. represented the buyer.
