After years of planning and construction, the single-floor condos at 900 Pennsylvania St. are officially hitting the market.
Five condos are available in the renovated former Cap Hill apartment tower, listing agent Peter Blank said. The building is finishing construction and getting its certificate of occupancy this week.
“What’s unique about them is that they are entire-floor residents,” Blank said. “It’s truly wraparound-sky living.”
The condo on the first floor, comprising 2,600 square feet, is selling for $2 million, with prices increasing by $100,000 for each floor. The condos on the second through seventh floors are 3,100 square feet.
Two are already under contract.
“The views are absolutely spectacular, whether you are on the second floor or the penthouse,” Blank said, adding that residents have unusual views looking north. “This direction, you’re looking on the gold-domed capitol.”
