Fortune Cookie Factory LLC purchased 7,158 square feet of mixed-use property at 421 W. 4th Avenue in Denver for $1.5 million from Amanda Precourt. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the buyer.

Wayfinder leased 7,555 square feet of mixed-use space at 525 Santa Fe Dr. in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Warm Springs Holdings LLC purchased a 58-unit multifamily building at 12155 W. 58th Place in Arvada for $10.83 million. Phil Dankner represented the buyer.

Quay Pierce LLC purchased a six-unit multifamily building at 2504 Quay St. in Lakewood for $1.04 million from Quay Gwg LLC. Brandon Kaufman represented the seller.

Quay Gwg LLC sold a six-unit multifamily building at 4630 Pierce St. in Wheat Ridge for $985,000. Brandon Kaufman represented the seller.

CO Auto Body Denver West leased 7,946 square feet of industrial space at 1801 W. Evans Ave. in Denver. Brad Gilpin represented the landlord.

Crown Community Development, a part of Chicago-based Henry Crown and Co., has entered into a partnership with P3 and Avison Young to develop Miller’s Landing on a 65-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Interstate 25 and Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock. P3 purchased the land earlier this year.

Liqid leased 20,846 square feet at 329 Interlocken Parkway in Broomfield. Mike Deatly, Brady Alshouse and Mara Andreano represented the tenant.
