KORE Investments LLC purchased a 91,098-square-foot office building at 9250 E. Costilla Ave. in Greenwood Village from LNC Investments LLC for $10.8 million. Matt Edgar represented the buyer.

Momentum Group leased 5,567 square feet of office space at 924 W. First Ave. in Denver. Chris Riedl represented the tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:

Captiva Investments II LLC bought a 67,921-square-foot office building at 10822 W. Toller Drive in Littleton from SISIRC Investments LLC for $10.18 million. Aaron Johnson and Jon Hendrickson represented the seller.

Real Estate Consultants of Colorado reports the following deals:

Brandon Spano dba BSN Live LLC leased 1,291 square feet of office space at 7596 W. Jewell Ave. in Lakewood. Adam S. Zard represented the tenant.

CirrusMD Inc. leased 6,580 square feet of office space at 3513 Brighton Blvd. and 745 square feet of office space at 3330 Larimer St. in Denver. Alexander F. Becker represented the tenant.

Tokken Inc. leased 3,645 square feet at 3501 Wazee St. in Denver. Elizabeth M. Leder represented the tenant.

Pinnacle reports the following deals:

2377 S Locust St LLC bought a four-unit apartment property at 2377 S. Locust Denver from Rochelle L Scott for $620,000. Josh Newell and Justin Mihalcin represented both the buyer and seller.

DHS LLC bought a 11,920-square-foot apartment building at 1800 Fenton St. in Lakewood from JMDR Fenton LLC for $2.1 million. Kevin Calame represented the seller and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer.

First Watch E&I Restaurant leased 2,017 square feet of office space at 1391 N. Speer Blvd. in Denver.  Brian Wingate, Kevin McKinnon and Peter Thomas represented the tenant.

Sorenson Media leased 6,203 square feet of office space at 8000 S. Chester St. in Centennial.  Brian Wingate, Kevin McKinnon and Peter Thomas represented the tenant.

Lee & Associates reports the following deals:

Denver Development Partners, LLC leased 2,217 square feet at 600 17th St. in Denver. Jeff Hallberg represented the tenant.

Nine dot Arts bought a 6,420-square-foot office building at 3734 Osage St. in Denver from Vertex for $1.75 million. JR Bitzer represented the seller.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Colorado Paint Company bought 3.75 acres at 2851 Walden St. in Aurora from Wildcat Holdings LLC for $775,000. Mike Wafer Jr. and Mike Wafer handled the transaction.

Rachel Ellis Adams leased 2,504 square feet of office space at 3401 Quebec St. in Denver. Keith Krombach represented the landlord.
