1690 Yarrow, LLC bought a 7-unit apartment building at 1690 Yarrow St. in Lakewood from Mozart Properties, LLC for $750,000. Jules Hochman and Justin Brockman represented the buyer. Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter represented the seller.

IH Holdings Five, LLC bought an 8-unit apartment building at 5359 S. Elati St. in Littleton from CTD Investments, LLC for $835,000. Josh Newell and Barton Thompson represented the buyer and the seller.

Pearl Street Lodging, LLC bought a 6-unit apartment building at 1537 Pearl St. in Denver from Pearl Street Holdings, LLC for $1.05 million. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson represented the seller. Robert Lawson represented the buyer.

CTD Investments, LLC bought a 7-unit apartment building at 303 Hooker St. in Denver from Barnum Apartments, LLC for $935,000. Josh Newell and Barton Thompson represented the buyer and the seller.

Duke and Duchess, LLC bought an 18-unit apartment complex at 1560 and 1570 S. Albion St. in Denver from PK Asbury Arms, LLC for $2.525 million. Joe Hornstein represented the buyer and the seller.
