Zeppelin Development’s latest RiNo project is out of the ground just steps from the light rail station.

The RiNo development company hosted a debut event yesterday for its Zeppelin Station project, a 100,000-square-foot, office-and-retail building at 35th and Wazee streets.

Plans call for a 25,000-square-foot retail market on the first floor, with three stories of office space totaling 75,000 square feet above it. Zeppelin already has a handful of leases for the building from tenants including Dfine Branding, Starbuck Realty Group, Brandfolder, and the project’s architect Dynia Architects.
