SullivanHayes reports the following deals:

The Local(ish) leased 2,233 square feet of retail space at Wewatta St. and 16th St. in Denver. Mark Williford represented the tenant.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

Alberta Development Partners bought a 58,304-square-foot shopping center at 7562 S. University Blvd. in Centennial from Signature Cos. for $5.25 million. Larry Thiel and Brad Cohen represented the seller.

Capital Hill Investments, LLC bought Indiana Marketplace, a 14,738-square-foot shopping center at 14805 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada, from Sabal Financial Group for $4.07 million. Larry Thiel and Brad Cohen represented the seller.

Crosbie Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

Cricket Wireless leased 1,440 square feet of retail space at Washington Point at the southwest corner of 120th Avenue and Washington Street in Northglenn. Rich Otterstetter and Adam Rubenstein represented the landlord.

Marke Holdings, LLC bought a 5,600-square-foot industrial building at 2000 S. Osage St. in Denver from Gentala Investments, LLC for $575,000. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the seller.
