Transwestern reports the following deals:

Alberta Development Partners bought a 58,304-square-foot shopping center at 7562 S. University Blvd. in Centennial from Signature Cos. for $5.25 million. Larry Thiel and Brad Cohen represented the seller.

Capital Hill Investments, LLC bought Indiana Marketplace, a 14,738-square-foot shopping center at 14805 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada, from Sabal Financial Group for $4.07 million. Larry Thiel and Brad Cohen represented the seller.
