Carol Peck Living Trust bought a 43,836-square-foot retail center at 4980 and 4990 Kipling St. in Wheat Ridge from Ann Hurley Hodgon Trust for $5.35 million. Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter represented the buyer.

Cresa Denver reports the following deals:

Performance Mobility leased 5,900 square feet of industrial space at 5910 E. County Line Road in Littleton. Mike Statter represented the tenant.

Bonfils Blood Center leased 2,632 square feet at 13952 Denver West Parkway in Lakewood. Paul Herzog and Peter Hoselton represented the tenant.
