Performance Mobile Care, LLC leased 2,890 square feet of industrial space at 8201-8203 E. 39th Ave. in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Pharmco Properties, LLC bought a 12,206-square-foot industrial building at 3855 Quentin St. in Denver from Fran and Brian Whiting for $1.3 million. Brad Gilpin represented the seller.

Smokey Hill Crossing, LLC bought a 35,000-square-foot retail center at 16601-16695 E. Smoky Hill Road in Arapahoe County from Smoky Hill Center, LLC for $3.83 million. Gannon Roth represented the seller.

Ogden Park Town Homes, LLC bought a 48-unit apartment building at 163000-16350 E. Colfax Ave. in Aurora from Elesyah, LLC for $3.1 million. Unique Apartment Group represented the buyer and the seller.

Francisco and Juana Padilla bought a 3,274-square-foot retail property at 1195 S. Sheridan Blvd. in Lakewood from James B. Linenberger for $675,000. Alfonso Avila and Aaron Romero represented the buyer.
