Sheridan Venture Capital reports the following deal:

BMC Investments bought a 19,070-square-foot office building at 210 St. Paul St. in Denver from Robincrest Ventures LLC, EDLCT LLC and BLABK LLC for $12.975 million. John Sheridan represented the buyer and the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Peter J. Weber, LLC bought a 79,508-square-foot office building at 1780 S. Bellaire St. in Denver from Bellaire Place 1-2-3 LLC for $8.5 million. Marc Lippitt and Scott Shwayder handled sale negotiations.

Eighth & McGlone LLC bought a 2,120-sqaure-foot office building at 2100 S. Lincoln St. in Denver from South Lincoln LLC for $500,000. Marc Lippitt and Scott Shwayder handled sale negotiations.

Larimer Investments LLC bought a 1,500-square-foot office building at 2843 Larimer St. in Denver from Elfida Ceja for $200,000. Tim Finholm and Sam Leger handled sale negotiations.

3600 Kalamath LLC bought a seven-unit apartment building at 3600 Kalamath St. in Denver from Rigoberto R. Leal for $750,000. Unique Apartment Group represented the buyer and the seller.

Singh International LLC bought a four-unit apartment building at 5430 W. Third Place in Lakewood from 5340 LLC for $420,000. Unique Apartment Group represented the buyer and the seller.

6464 W. 13th Avenue LLC bought a 16-unit apartment building at 1690 Eaton St. in Lakewood from Lawrence and Judith Chavez for $1.91 million. Unique Apartment Group represented the buyer and the seller.

Worldwide Auto Brokers Inc. leased 4,100 square feet of industrial space at 2912 S. Vallejo St. in Englewood. Greg Knott represented the tenant.

Rebound Technologies leased 2,400 square feet at 800 E. Sixth Ave. in Denver. Phil Yeddis handled lease negotiations.
