Kenzan Media LLC leased 4,697 square feet of office space at 1743 Wazee St. in Denver. Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger, David Lee and Billy Woodward represented the landlord.

Bradbury Properties Inc. leased 3,838 square feet of office space at 9380 Station St. in Lone Tree. Nathan Johnson, Jamie Gard, Casey Grosscope and Courtney Hasson represented the landlord.
