Stein Mart leased 32,000 square feet at The Grove Shopping Center at 14050 Lincoln St. in Thornton. Jarod Pate and Paul DeCrescentis represented the tenant.

Batteries Plus Bulbs leased 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 13695 E. Davies Place in Centennial. Jarod Pate represented the tenant.

Dynamic Mortgage Concepts Inc. leased 2,020 square feet of office space at 4900 S. College Ave. in Fort Collins. Jarod Pate represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

3770 Joliet Street LLC bought a 24,873-square-foot building at 3770 Joliet St. in Denver from JAG Property for $2.85 million. Tom Myers represented the seller and Phillip A. Yeddis represented the buyer.

Keller Family Trust bought a six-unit apartment property at 700 Oak St. in Lakewood from Oak Street Properties LLC for $939,000. Unique Apartment Group handled sale negotiations.

Elmwood Manor Holding Co. bought a 102,400-square-foot, 93-unit apartment property at 9620-9699 W. 16th Ave. in Lakewood from Asher Court, LLC for $10.1 million. Unique Apartment Group handled sale negotiations.

Elmwood Manor Holding Co. bought an 89,844-square-foot, 96-unit property at 4490-4585 Yukon Court in Wheat Ridge from 4490 LLC for $9.5 million. Unique Apartment Group handled sales negotiations.

Best Apartments LLC bought a 21,240-square-foot, 26-unit apartment property at 78 W. Walnut St. in Brighton from Albion House, LLC for $1.9 million. Unique Apartment Group handled sales negotiations.

Jayci Holdings Two bought a 21,432-square-foot, 26-unit apartment property at 1145 29th Street Road in Greeley from Robert E. and Barbara K. Hartzell for $1.32 million. Unique Apartment Group handled sales negotiations.

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. leased 11,200 square feet of industrial space at 2590 W. 2nd Ave. in Denver. Alec Rhodes, Tyler Smith and Aaron Valdez represented the landlord.

Timothy Hume bought 27,256 square feet of office space at 1011-1023 39th Ave. in Greeley from Community Banks of Colorado for $1.65 million. Aki Palmer, Jim Palmer and Brian Mannlein represented the seller.
