A Denver marketing firm has traded RiNo for LoDo.

Buhv Designs, a 2-year-old company specializing in SEO and website design work, just completed a month-long move to its new office at 1425 Market St. The new 1,700-square-foot space is more than double the size of the old office.

The move was necessary to house the 11 new employees that Buhv has hired over the last year.

“In terms of number of clients, we’ve gone from 12 clients to well over 40 in the last year,” said Buhv Designs co-founder Robert Lane. “Revenue’s increased by about 100 percent over the past year.”

That increase has Buhv bringing in $100,000 in revenue per month, Lane said.

Buhv is renting its new office space for three years, with the option to extend. Rent is $4,000 a month.

The company had been working out of the Green Spaces co-working space in RiNo before relocating. The move, which took a month to complete, was hampered by repairs taking place in the new office.

But Lane said the space upgrade was needed to keep up with the company’s clients.

“The types of clients we’re getting now are larger-scale businesses, businesses that make over $5 million a year,” Lane said. “I think the move to this side of town has helped us a lot in that regard.”
