The DJ Illenium paid the most for a home locally last year, taking the title from Russell Wilson, who was tops in 2022.
The seller was private equity executive Charlie Gallagher, who then spent $9M for a condo in Cherry Creek.
“You get to experience being outside while being inside at the same time,” said David Johnson.
A Cherry Creek home also topped $7 million.
“We pinch ourselves at living in such a gorgeous place,” the owners said.
All five homes topped the $5 million price tag.
“The buyer needs to be someone like me of 30 years ago,” the seller said.
Susan Morrice’s “oasis in the city” also features a very Mile-High address.
The sale is the highest in the Denver metro MLS this year and more than doubles Jefferson County’s previous highest-price property record.
