The son of the late billionaire Sumner Redstone is suing an auction owner recently found to have sold a forgery.
“These warrants only happen as a last resort,” a city spokesman says.
Danny Adams, 43, lost his license May 24 and was ordered to pay restitution.
“Departments delayed contractors and massively inflated the moving budget.”
Russell Westbrook Enterprises says it marketed Boost Mobile but wasn’t paid.
“We could not overcome the legitimate fear for personal safety felt by our guests and the lack of office traffic,” owner Robert Thompson said.
“Would I do it over again? My answer is yes,” founder Julie Adams says.
Ellie Reimer, who ran Aerowood Property Management, was also fined $32,000.
Ascendant Development and its owner are suing Sagard Real Estate over fees.
