Frances T. Shure bought a 3-unit apartment building at 1330 Fillmore St. in Denver from FPG Partners, LLC for $630,000. Unique Apartment Group represented the seller.

JMA Denver 4, LLC bought a 14-unit apartment building at 1520 Wabash St. in Denver from Frontier Court Apartments Holding Co., LLC for $1.44 million. Unique Apartment Group represented the buyer and the seller.

Craig’s Power Equipment bought a 7,200-square-foot retail property at 1812 S. Parker Road in Arapahoe County from Donald R. and Greta M. Pollard for $800,000. Brian McKernan represented the buyer.

7-Eleven bought 2.42 acres of land at 6400 N. Federal Blvd. in Denver from Rocky’s Auto for $2.5 million. Gannon Roth represented the buyer and the seller.
