Evolve Yoga, LLC leased 1,870 square feet of retail space at 1321 S. Broadway in Denver. Forrest Bassett and Zach Cytryn represented the tenant.

Swenson Law leased 3,444 square feet of office space at 5161 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Forrest Bassett and Zach Cytryn handled lease negotiations.

Do or Dye Hair Salon leased 1,300 square feet of retail space 12910 Zuni St. Forrest Bassett and Zach Cytryn represented the tenant.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

The Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh Day Adventists bought a 5,000-square-foot building on 0.53 acres at 1591 S. Sable Blvd. in Aurora from Seong A. Choi for $505,000. Steve Miller represented the seller.

Hwan Kim & II Tae Lee bought 3,700 square feet of retail space at 7270 Highway 2 in Commerce City from PawnBanc Inc. for $405,000. Steve Miller represented the seller.

Marcia E. Naiman Revocable Trust bought a 26,000-square-foot industrial building on a 3-acre site from Troy Lee Wagoner for $2.575 million. Bob Busey and Richard Bowler handled sale negotiations.

2865 South Colorado Blvd., LLC bought a 14,583-square-foot office building at 2865 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver from William F. Robinson III and Coleen W. Robinson for $825,000. Brian McKernan handled sale negotiations.
