Colliers reports the following deal:

Brookfield Property Group purchased seven single-tenant industrial properties throughout the southwest for $24.7 million from Lowenberg Corporation. The deal included the 14,830-square-foot property at 1385 Umatilla St. in Denver. Michael Kendall, Greig Lagomarsino and Gian Bruno represented the seller.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

Stratus Terrain LLC purchased 290.6 acres of residential development land in Castle Rock for $1.65 million from SLV Castle Oaks. The land is part of the North Basin Village within the Terrain residential development, and zoned for 200 single and attached residential units. Matt Call represented the seller.

The Edge Chiropractic Center leased 2,271 office square feet at 9781 S. Meridian Blvd., Suite 215, in Englewood. Matt Kulbe and Ian Elfner represented the tenant.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

MZ Venture LLP purchased 4600 Wadsworth Blvd. in Wheat Ridge for $1.12 million from End of the Line LLC. Tanner Fanello, Brian Baker and Jason Russ represented the seller. Sheryl Meranda of Keller Williams represented the buyer.

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:

Frederick G. Kehl and Erin R. Kehl purchased the 1,964-square-foot office building at 6630 S. Broadway in Littleton for $449,000 from KAT LLC. Joshua Cohen represented the seller.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:

Air General and a second international cargo and logistics company have signed leases for a combined 127,000 square feet at JAG Logistics Center @ DEN in Aurora. Alec Rhodes, Tyler Smith and Aaron Valdez represented the landlord. Mike Camp and Jim Bolt of CBRE and Mike Viehmann and Jesse Clifford of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenants.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Boulder Industrial Supply Inc leased seven acres off of 3740 E. 64th Ave. in Commerce City. Paul Kahn, Rachel Canella and Matthew Marcus represented the tenant. Paul Schneider of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord.

Hajoca Corporation leased 39,202 industrial square feet at 500 W. 53rd Place in Denver. Paul Kahn, Rachel Canella and Matthew Marcus represented the tenant. Aaron Valdez, Tyler Smith and Alec Rhodes of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

Knot Just Yarn LLC leased 1,200 retail square feet at 12500 S. Buckley Road, Suite H, in Aurora. Cory Dulberg represented the tenant.
