Novel Coworking purchased Trinity Place, the 195,753-square-foot office building at 1801 Broadway in Denver, for $40.2 million from Velocis. Mark Katz and Peter Merrion represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

Bellray Happy Canyon 14 LLC and other similarly-named entities purchased the Happy Canyon Shoppes at 4820, 4950 and 4996 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver for $24.2 million from HC Shoppes 18 A LLC and HC Shoppes 18 B LLC, as overseen by Harvey Sender, in his capacity as receiver for the Gary Dragul Receivership Estate. Cory Gross and Jake Shirek represented both buyer and seller.

G&H Properties LLC and Mark W. Hassig purchased the 30,496-square-foot Bradburn Gardens apartment complex at 7545 Bradburn Blvd. in Westminster for $5.2 million from Bradburn Holdings LLC and RMF Holdings LLC. Clayton Primm represented the buyer.

Pearl Flats LLC purchased four adjacent lots at 62-64, 70, 74 and 78 S. Pearl St. in Denver from multiple sellers for a combined $1.94 million. Boomer Beatty and Peter Standley represented the buyer.

Burltex Partners LLC purchased 8115 Shaffer Parkway in Littleton, an 8,226-square-foot office flex building located in the Ken Caryl Business Center, for $1.52 million from 8115 Shaffer LLC. Brian C. Smith and Chadd Nelson represented the seller.

Kentwood Commercial reports the following deal:

Asaad A Mubarak Trust purchased the three four-unit properties at 1420, 1430 and 1470 South Ash Street in Denver for $2.45 million from South Ash LLC. Karen Landers Zeile and David W. Morrison represented the buyer.

KW Commercial reports the following deal:

RDP Acquisitions LLC purchased 2.14 acres of industrial property at 1370 Simms St. in Lakewood for $2 million from J&JR, LLC. Sheri Meranda and Rachel Colorosa of KW Commercial represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

1644 Pennsylvania Partners LLC and 1399 Vine Partners LLC purchased 1399 Vine St. and 1644 Pennsylvania Ave. in Denver for $8.4 million from William Penn Apartments LLC and Courtyard on Vine Street LLC. Mike Krebsbach represented the buyer. Jeff Johnson and Andrew Monette represented the seller.

Slawomir T. Wrobel purchased 12 multifamily units at 1970-1990 W. Pacific Place in Denver for $1.59 million from Mayhew LLC. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the buyer and seller.

Sayera Kamilova purchased 630-638 Kalamath St. in Denver for $800,000 from Regas Chrisout. The property consists of a 1,760-square-foot building on a 0.26-acre lot. Brandon Gouker and Nick Jurgens represented the buyer. Scott Hershey of Goodman Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
