Swisslog moved its headquarters to 80,726 square feet in the recently-completed Interpark Building I at 11325 Main St. in Broomfield. Frank Kelley and Jeremy Kroner represent the landlord.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Holland Partner Group purchased 2.36 acres at 99 S. Broadway in Denver for $12 million from Security Services Federal Credit Union. Chris Cowan and Bryon Stevenson represented the buyer.

Joliet Street LLC purchased 5.68 acres at the southeast corner of 104th Avenue and Joliet Street in Commerce City for $700,000 from North Cherokee Partners LLC. Mike Wafer Jr., Bruce Mawhinney and Michael Wafer represented both buyer and seller.
