Daniel Murphy is retiring from his position as senior principal at Continuum Partners. He has been with the company for nearly 20 years and served on the Executive Committee.

JLL created a Mid-Market Multifamily group. Craig Kalman and Travis Hodge will co-lead the group that will focus on medium-priced residential units. Kalman is a Villanova University graduate and got his MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder. He previously worked at The Related Cos. and UDR. Hodge is a graduate of the University of Georgia and got his MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Red Peak has named Mark Windhager as CEO and Bobby Hutchinson as CIO. Windhager co-founded the company and was previously the president. He got his MBA at Texas A&M University. Hutchinson has led the company’s acquisition and financing for seven years. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas.

Entertainment

Fathom Events named Ray Nutt as CEO. Nutt was formerly the senior vice president of business relations at Regal Entertainment Group. Fathom is based in Greenwood Village and provides content for special broadcasts at movie theaters such as performing arts, sporting events and concerts.

Key Private Bank made Steve Blazek the new senior vice president. Blazek previously worked as a wealth management advisor for the Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank.

Higher Education

The University of Denver elected four board members:

  • Deborah DeHass is the vice chairman and chief inclusion officer for Deloitte. DeHass is a graduate of Duke University and a parent of a DU student.
  • Mark Falcone is the CEO and founder of Continuum Partners, a Denver-based real estate development and investment firm. Falcone is a graduate of Colgate University and is on the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver.
  • Gregory Moore was the editor-in-chief of The Denver Post for 14 years. Moore is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University.
  • Raymond Robinson is the chairman of Citizens Trust Bank, corporate director for American Airlines and a DU alum.

The new chair of the board will be Denise O’Leary, who has been a member of the board since 2013. She is a graduate of Stanford University and got her MBA at Harvard University.

New Belgium Brewing named Steve Fechheimer as CEO. Fechheimer was formerly chief strategy officer at Beam Suntory. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and got his MBA at the University of Chicago.
