BC Elati, LLC bought an 8,253-square-foot industrial building at 112-140 S. Elati St. in Denver from NPC Properties, LLC for $900,000. Darrin Revious and Ana Sandomire represented the buyer.

Intelligent Demand bought an 8,094-square-foot office building at 450 Decatur St. in Denver from Decatur 450, LLC for $1.69 million. Todd Silverman represented the buyer.

Regency Steele Buildings purchased a 2,142-square-foot office building at 7631 Shaffer Parkway, Building F unit C, in Littleton from Deer Creek Offices, LLC for $257,040. Todd Silverman represented the buyer.

Camp Roofing, Ltd. leased 5,900 square feet of industrial space at 3251 Revere St. in Aurora. Paul Kahn and Drew Hill represented the tenant.

Goosetail Community, LLC leased 10,266 square feet of office space at 1525 Raleigh St. Darrin Revious and Ana Sandomire represented the landlord, LCPW Sloan’s 1525, LLC.

Neal Investments leased 26,617 square feet of retail space at 10345 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood. Sandy Feld and Jake Malman represented the tenant.

Luxury Nails, LLC leased 824 square feet at 324 St. Paul St. in Denver. Sandy Feld and Jake Malman represented the tenant.

Colliers reports the following deals:

Keith’s Paint Shop, LLC leased 3,500 square feet of industrial space at 1609 E. 58th Ave. in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.

Navian Investments, LLC purchased a 7,360-square-foot retail building at 1559 S. Broadway in Denver for $1.45 million. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the seller.

Nancy Ciancio and Marta Ciancio bought a 3,496-square-foot retail building at 1525 S. Kipling Parkway in Lakewood from Advanced Property Services for $1.86 million. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented both sides of the transaction.

Advanced Property Services bought a 50,754-square-foot flex property at 4680 Table Mountain Drive in Golden from LOT 6 B2 CTC, LLLP for $10.4 million. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the buyer.

Amber Waves, LLC bought a 13,566-square-foot office building at 3001 S. Jamaica Court in Aurora from Jammin Associates, LLC for $895,000. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the buyer. Joshua Cohen with John Propp Commercial Group represented the seller.
