JLL reports the following deals:

TAP Resources LLC leased 4,732 square feet of office space at 602 Park Point Dr. in Golden. Andrew Cullen handled lease negotiations.

Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. leased 4,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space at 3560 Brighton Blvd. in Denver. Andy Ross, Jamie Roupp, Michael Crane of JLL handled lease negotiations. Brendan Fisher of Cresa represented the tenant.

Kimmeridge Operations LLC leased 5,773 square feet of office space at 1401 Lawrence St. in Denver. Lindsay Brown handled lease negotiations.

Colliers International reports the following deals:

Mill Creek Residential bought a 14,854-square-foot office building at 1200 Grant St. in Denver from CASB for $6.02 million. John Winsted represented the buyer. Phil Sweeney and David Morrison represented the seller.

Zuni Capital Management bought a 23,749-square-foot office building at 2253 S. Oneida St. and a 21,484-square-foot office building at 2255 S. Oneida St. in Denver from American Cancer Society for $2.63 million. Jonathan Jones represented the seller.

CASB bought a 23,749-square-foot office building at 2253 S. Oneida St. in Denver from Zuni Capital Management for $1.95 million. Phil Sweeney and David Morrison represented CASB.

Jirsa Hedrick Structural Engineers leased 4,041 square feet of offices space at 8490 E. Crescent Blvd. David Morrison of Colliers International represented the tenant. Nate Bradley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

Edge Pest Control leased 3,100 square feet of office space at 7399 S. Tucson Way in Centennial. David Morrison handled lease negotiations.

New Frontier LLC leased 2,972 square feet at 535 16th St. in Denver. David Morrison represented the tenant. Phil Sweeney represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Joseph M. Wise bought a multi-family property with 1,343 square feet at 239 S. Grant St. and 1,876 square feet at 245 S. Grant St. in Denver from Terry Richard Conover for $1.07 million. Erik Toll, Jules Hochman and Justin Brockman, represented the seller in the transaction.

TPM 1641 VINE LLC bought a 4,394-square-foot apartment building at 1641 Vine St. in Denver from Lupine Properties for $1.195 million. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer. Erik Toll represented the seller.

SAO Nails leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at 6787 S. Clinton St. in Greenwood Village. Tanner Johnson represented the landlord and Tom DiGregorio represented the tenant.

The City and County of Denver bought a 45,554 square foot industrial warehouse at 4330 E. 48th Ave. in Denver from Brue Capital Partners for $4.45 million. Tyler Smith, Aaron Valdez and Alec Rhodes represented the seller. Dennis McLin of McLin Commercial represented the buyer.
